In our work together, I prioritize creating a sense of safety, fostering trust, and helping you process your emotions at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Therapy is a valuable investment in your well-being, and I aim to make it as accessible as possible. Please note that I do not accept insurance. During our free consultation, we will discuss my fees and explore options that fit your financial situation. I offer a limited number of low-fee and pro bono spots for those with the greatest need, subject to availability.
